A few samples of uCal screens and functionality

uCal timeline view

Every event and engagement is attached to an event group, in this example, shown on the Y axis. The colours, icons, tags and other elements can all driven by default settings or by individual changes.

Events and engagements can be dragged and dropped within and across times and groups, they can stretched and shrunk - all the changes are saved automatically.

Hover over callouts provide more information while external links and documents can be loaded from the same hover over functions

Linking events and engagements

When events and engagements are linked, they can easily be highlighted just by hovering over the link icon in any element of the chain.

You are able to set up complex (and simple!) rules that determine when and how elements are linked together.  uCal works out what days of the week things fall on to warn of weekend and holiday periods.

You can search and link existing engagements but also create new ones 'on the fly', making them draft placeholders to be discussed and confirmed later by using the status options and notes functions

uCal calendar view

Of course, you can opt for other views such as the calendar view or where the Y axis can be change to suit your preference.

Create your own underpinning data

Every data element that is used in uCal can be set up and managed by you.  Not just the data but the look, the feel the ordering, the viewing, even the images that link data to how your users identify with your organisation.

Link discussions, images, documents and URLs to any event and engagement

Collaboration, shared documents, live discussions all embedded in uCal to ensure that people across the organisation can contribute, guide, interject and add value is part of every event and engagement.

Don't rely on disconnected tech to
bring people together, bring people
to the event itself and use that as
the focal point for engagement.

Filter, select, search, save and share

One of the challenges when dealing with very large volumes of data is being able to find what you want and then save that view.

uCal provides keyword search, multi-field filters and data selectors that make this as easy as possible.  Having Saved each data set with whatever name you choose to give it, you can share it with others in order to ensure everyone has a common understanding of the plans in place.
